We are looking for a results-drivenSenior Business Analystwith expertise inRobotic Process Automation (RPA)to join our dynamic team in Goa. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering intelligent automation solutions using tools likeUiPath,Blue Prism, orAutomation Anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis & Documentation:Conduct end-to-end analysis of current workflows and document As-Is and To-Be process models to identify automation opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technical teams to gather and validate business requirements aligned with strategic goals.
• RPA Solution Design:Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for RPA developers. Assist in the design of scalable automation workflows.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:Create and execute comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and scenarios to ensure the quality and performance of automated solutions.
• End-User Training & Support:Conduct training sessions, develop user manuals, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful RPA adoption across departments.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization:Monitor implemented RPA solutions to assess performance, gather feedback, and recommend process improvements or system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in RPA tools such asUiPath,Blue Prism, orAutomation Anywhere.
• Strong background inbusiness process mapping, analysis, and optimization.
• Excellentanalytical thinkingandproblem-solvingskills.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity withAgile methodologiesand tools likeJira,Confluence, orTrello.
• Bachelor's or Master's degreein Business, Information Systems, or related field.
