Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic RPA Business Analyst to join our automation and digital transformation team in Goa. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis experience, deep knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Automation Anywhere, Document Automation, and MS Power Automate, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for RPA projects.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improvement.
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation for RPA developers.
• Lead workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings to communicate project progress and gather feedback.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as process maps, BRDs, FRDs, test plans, and UAT documentation.
• Use analytical thinking to support data-driven decision-making and solution design.
• Work closely with project teams and developers to ensure successful implementation and delivery of RPA solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation post-deployment and recommend enhancements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles, with 2 3 years in RPA projects.
• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere, Document Automation, and Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Advanced technical aptitude with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience creating detailed documentation and delivering effective presentations.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within scope.
