- 2-3 years experience in defining and managing core products or business applications, either through product management or equivalent activities.
- Worked in the cross functional environment for coordinating various project related aspects.
- Good knowledge and understanding of SaaS Based Products or Marketing Automation (Good to Have)
- Basic knowledge of SQL Queries (Good to have)
- Understand the basic concept of API s / Data Integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Monitoring and managing the accounts to ensure higher ROI for the clients and extending end-to-end support throughout the customer lifecycle.
