Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development and Partnerships

  • Negotiate and close deals that align with the company s growth targets and drive revenue expansion.

2. Sales and Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and improving market penetration.
  • Lead and oversee the sales and marketing team, providing the necessary guidance and support for team members.
  • Continuously analyse market trends and the competitive landscape to make informed and strategic business decisions.

3. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team that drives business objectives.
  • Create a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering professional growth and development.

4. Operational Excellence

  • Implement efficient systems and processes to optimize business operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in the SaaS, Fintech, or banking industry.
  • Proven enterprise sales and software sales experience, with an established network of clients and industry connections.
