Job Summary
- Initiate Marketing Strategies, with specific reference to BTL for assigned territory, in order to achieve the objective of increased returns as per the Brand's forecast for the state for the Year.
- Timely planning and effective execution of all store led marketing activities for the assigned territory, primarily consumer connect as per the yearly calendar that are cost effective and deliver high brand reach and visibility.
- Working closely with the Operations team at the HO as well as the individual Store teams pan India, to ensure effective & successful execution of all BTL and Promotional Events etc.
- Undertake activities to retain existing customers & increase repeat purchases thereby increasing the no of Loyal customers within the assigned territory.
- Should handle the entire gamut of on-ground lead generation activities for the company.
- Hands on experience in negotiations with vendors and willingness to travel for campaigns.
