Job Summary
To manage the valuations and collateral risk of retail mortgage business, technical audits and setting up standard processes\
Monitor the technical evaluation process in the area/region., team handling, valuation of APF projects, and validation of valuation report beyond prescribed loan limit
Receives inputs from: Zonal Technical Manager Valuation
Process owner : Valuation
Provides Input to: Technical Manager Valuation
Qualification : Graduate : Yes (Diploma/ Degree in Civil/ Architecture)
