You would be responsible for evaluating and building upon content strategies prioritizing and delegating strategic department goals and ensuring that critical initiatives have clear owners, and that projects are mapped out into clear deliverables, milestones, and deadlines identifying new content channels, experimenting with content treatments to optimize the cost and quality balance mentoring, coaching, providing feedback, performance planning and career path development of front line managers working directly with client managers, brand strategists, project managers and other associates on running and prospective projects Skills we require good leadership qualities prior content management and operations experience preferred ability to manage and motivate a large team experience in managing a budget, large teams, and operational workflows proven Track record in improving results in challenging and evolving business environments
