Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Overall program planning, detailed project plan with milestones, governance
  • Execution of program by working with VuNet teams and Customer teams
  • Provide regular status updates and conduct demo/review meetings
  • Plan and identify risks early and work with necessary teams for mitigation

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in IT projects/programs, should have done hands-on work.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading large Program deliveries for Tier-1 customers.
  • Experience in programs/projects involving IT Performance monitoring tools.
  • Proven experience in customer facing programs as program/project manager. Must have led multi-disciplinary teams to execute.
  • Well versed in MS Excel, powerpoint, MPP.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to drive collaboration with executives, business and technical teams to achieve effective solutions.

  • Conflict resolution and negotiations skills to resolve disagreements quickly and effectively, bringing a problem-solving attitude to conflicting approaches and priorities involving others.
