Qualification:-Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities :-
- Ensure client is compliant on all Labour law requirements
- Should be good at HR Compliance, Lobour law, Factory Act, S&E Act - PAN India
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to get things done
- Liaise with government authorities for registrations, renewals, inspections, notices etc
- Reporting as per agreed timelines and in agreed manner
- Provide updates on regulatory changes to the client onreal-time basis
- Audit liaisoning
