Product Management Lead Job in Teamlease Services Limited

Main Purpose:

Program Management Lead is responsible for the functional delivery for the various platform and
solutions both . She/He will be responsible for working closely with the Product Owners to define the .
The key to success for this role is:

• Understanding the key challenges in the business process , areas of friction that are slowing down the business and providing innovative solutions
• Building relationship with product owners and become a trusted advisor
• Deliver industry best practice solutions that solve our clients business problems as well as help improve our bottom line . Develop integration across on premise/cloud based applications.
• Defining great user experiences that make our solutions easy to use and loved by the users
• Work with various teams in the IT Organization in solutioning, planning, risk identification, issue resolution.
• Driving customer focused innovation in the Digital Solution space

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership Excellence

• Understand , Contribute & accelerate the Teamlease SAAS Strategy and ensure the teamobjectives are aligned to IT Strategy.
• Drive Business / IT process improvements
• Establish product owner relationship to drive industry leading solutions.
• Represent Teamlease at industry events as well as demonstrate Teamlease SAAS capabilities tocustomers and stakeholders Delivery Excellence
• Own end to end SAAS functional solution including but not limited to any integration with Operation systems and third party integrated solutions.
• Own and Drive the Digital tools roadmap definition , development and transition to support
• Responsible for user experience and functional components for successful SAAS product delivery
• Responsible for envisioning and designing industry specific applications using the first class industry architecture and tools chosen.
• Responsible for establishing customer engagement , project management and planning processes and enforce the same
• Manages issues and risks associated with various platforms and implementation; proactively drives solutionsfor low cost of ownership. People Excellence
• Recruit the right talent and Mentor the team in delivering high quality solutions
• Set objectives to the team according to the Teamlease Strategy and measure the objectives on a regular basis.
• Create training plans for the team and cultivate continuous learning
