Job Summary
Position Title: E-commerce Customer Support (Voice Process) – FreshersLocation: Tech Mahindra Ltd, Plot No S1, Maitri Vihar, Infront of Lemon Tree Hotel, CSPUR, Bhubaneswar, Odisha – 751023Walk-in Dates: 17th March to 25th April, 11:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary:We are hiring Freshers for the E-commerce Customer Support Voice Process. The role involves handling customer calls and providing solutions to their queries. The candidate will be the single point of contact for customers, responsible for resolving their issues.
Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls from customers and provide solutions to their queries.Take full responsibility for delivering resolutions to customers.Act as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer service experience.Skills & Requirements:Empathy: Ability to understand and relate to customer concerns.Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of finding effective solutions to customer issues.Excellent Communication: Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.Education: Minimum of Graduation (completed).Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. For experienced candidates, relevant BPO experience documents must be provided for salary consideration.Shift: Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts.Cab Facility: One-side cab for night shifts (within Bhubaneswar location only).Additional Information:Age Criteria: 18 to 35 years.Pay: ₹188,000 per annum for Freshers.Documents Required: Carry your resume and Aadhar card.

Minimum qualification requirement
Preferred - Customer Service skill with 1+ years experience
