To help us continue to grow our offerings, we re in search of an experienced Product Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary development team. We are looking for a skilled product person with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of product development from gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and working closely with engineering, to deliver a winning product.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive the product planning and development process across cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze customer needs, internal product vision and current market trends to maintain a product roadmap that will deliver value to customers and business.
  • Assess current competitor offerings to find opportunities for differentiation.
  • Drive the conversion of high level product requirements into well defined user workflows that deliver world class user experience.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Drive user research initiatives to assess success of product features and seek opportunities for continuous improvement. Propose and appraise new product ideas for improving product-market fit.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that further product-market fit, grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Work closely with Senior leadership and other stakeholders to develop winning strategies for achieving product goals.
  • Translate product strategy and high level requirements into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on customer and business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and work closely with engineering teams to deliver with high quality, quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  • Drive product releases by effectively coordinating with customers, engineering, sales, marketing and support teams.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, perform product demos, maintain long term business relationships and steer towards a successful partnership.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding among internal stakeholders and product teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing cross functional teams.
  • At least 3 years of experience in having led or supported the management of one or more software products.
  • Previous experience in software development will be an advantage.
