Roles and Responsibilities - End-to-End in-house Recruitment i.e. Screening profiles, Interview coordination, Background checks,Offer release & Onboarding. - Coordination with HOD for recruitment, planning & selection process. Desired Candidate Profile - Work experience as a Recruiter for 2+ years (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) - Hands-on experience on Job Portals, Social Media and other sourcing tools.
