At Teikametrics, were building an e-commerce AI-based operating system to optimize every aspect of an e-commerce supplier's business - from advertising to catalog management, to inventory, to pricing. Our ads optimization tool, Flywheel, processes billions of transactions for thousands of brands around the world selling on Amazon and Walmart world-wide. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented, energetic, entrepreneurial, and self-driven Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team to help accelerate the engineering work on our data platform and integration/development of microservices. If you are passionate about driving technology development with strong experience delivering APIs to drive world-class, user facing features, we need you. This unique role needs a mix of technology skills and product management skills.

YOU WILL

• Collaborate with Teikametrics engineering leaders and other feature product managers to deliver on next generation features for the data platform that is intended for processing of API driven data streams at enormous scale that will drive the entire product.
• Lead an agile, cross-functional team during the entire lifecycle of product development, owning features and experiments end to end.
• Define KPIs, measure the impact of your initiatives, and report performance metrics to key stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Balance customer and business needs, while remaining flexible in a fast-changing environment.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-4+ years of relevant experience in technical software product management or technology/development (B2B/B2C SaaS)
• Extremely strong knowledge of microservices/service oriented architectures. Current back-end technologies at Teikametrics emphasize Python and Scala, backed by PostgreSQL and Kafka. You should be able to work with Engineering leaders to lead the agile development process and define and own the technology roadmap.
• Demonstrated experience managing end to end product development in an agile (scrum) environment; writing requirements, setting and executing a product backlog, and shipping iterative products.
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
  
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant experience in SaaS B2B/B2C solutions, e-commerce, and/or ad-tech industry
• Undergraduate or Masters degree in CS, Engineering, Science, or Math degree, or MBA from reputed universities with an abiding experience in technology.
• Experience working in a team developing backend infrastructure for data processing at scale in a technical product management function.
• Hands on experience in programming/databases/wrangling REST APIs.
