We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Associate who can empower our clients with real estate insights through our proprietary real estate decision making platform the TEAL Terminal. At TEAL our products and solutions are currently being used by financial institutions, property lawyers, and consumers alike to simplify their property due diligence journey.
As a customer service associate you will be interacting directly with customers and external stakeholders to resolve incoming inquiries and continuously contribute to ongoing projects and operational improvements.
Your day to day will largely include:
- Responding to customer queries accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with the company SLAs.
- Proactively utilising and understanding the TEAL platform, and suggest improvements to the product development teams.
- Filing bugs, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the team to provide an experience to customers that is of the highest quality across all our sales channels.
- Acting as the primary product and support specialist - you ll know the product better than anybody and serve as the voice of the customer.
We are looking for an individual with an inquisitive bent of mind who doesn't shy away from executing with an edge. Specifically we are looking for someone with:
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills - ability to understand and respond to customer queries professionally
- Excellent organisational skills and thorough attention to detail
- Applied knowledge of sales and support tools
Extra brownie points if you have:
- 1-2 years of prior experience in sales or customer support
