Purpose of the Job:
To collaboratively work with all relevant departments to better address and timely deliverables to all the customers needs . Key Deliverables 3Cs Collaboration, Coordination and Customer Satisfaction

Principal Tasks & Responsibilities:

Client Servicing

  • Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met in time bound manner.
  • Need to understand the client s brief and coordinate with the designing team to get the job executed as per the client s expectation.
  • Collaborating with the relevant departments (Content writing team, Design team, SEO team) to better addressclientneeds, media spent. Providing regular updates to higher management, and upselling company products where possible.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client.
  • Timely scheduling of deliverables to enable the operation team to deliver on time and as per contract.
  • Managing the meeting for clients as well as internal teams.
  • Strong follow ups from clients, operation teams and provide feedback.
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well.
  • Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction.
  • Collect testimonies from clients.
  • Meeting existing clients on pre decided schedule.
  • Time Management and should be able to prioritize the task.
  • Sales Part
    • Identify new business opportunities throughclientreferrals and forward it to Business Development Team.
    • Encourage revenue growth by inspiring existing clients to purchase additional services Upsell and Cross sell.
  • Finance Part
    • Sending Invoices to clients on time.
    • Ensure the payments are collected as per terms of payment.
  • Research and Development
    • Analyze the competition and Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
    • Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols
    • Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner

Person Specifications:
Qualifications Bachelors in Marketing / Mass Media / Digital marketing or related field.

Skills

  • The ideal candidate should be energetic, driven, and obsessed about delivering best in class service experience to clients.
  • Time management.
  • She/heShould also be process oriented, organized and able to self-manage work in pressure situations whilst working with multiple clients and Operation team in parallel.
  • The candidate should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Good Business and analytical skills.
  • Team handling experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
