Job Summary

Assist in identification of areas for product development through market research & market feedback
Develop consumer insights and clear understanding of eating out need states and occasions
Launch new products after following rigorous testing and research
Assist in building a strong innovation food product pipeline
Develop intimate knowledge of consumer behavior and trends through primary research
Assist in trials of new products in lab, pilot and commercial scale
Assist in coordinating with Brand and Sales team to close New Product Launch Plans- production plans and demand plans for next three months. Plans to be then broken down with the help of SCM planning and Plant team to achieve set targets for primary plan production, FG audit, dispatch, and connection to depots
Conduct Sensory Evaluations internally and externally
Raw Material and Packaging Vendor Coordination and Sourcing

Salary : 4 to 6 Lacs

Experience Required :

2 to 4 Years
