Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree/ 3 years diploma in Hotel and Catering Management.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years experience in an up-market Hotel or Restaurant serving Continental and Italian food, with at least 02 year experience in a similar position.
Job Requirements: Manage the entire kitchen operations of restaurant chain, should have experience of managing multiple kitchen operations, owning food Costing and cost control of the entire operations, knowledge about cold storage and supply chain of frozen food is essential, plan kitchen operations, train staffs, maintain cleanliness & Hygiene
