Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities: Own Pardot to create, test and deploy single and multi-step e-mail campaigns, landing pages, events, and webinars Serve as a subject matter expert on Pardot best practices. Assist with the construction of email marketing programs. This includes segmentation, testing, deployment and continually evaluating for further improvements. Manage and maintain the automation rules, dynamic lists, and lead scoring model. Expand and optimize nurture email programs through testing and personalisation. Develop and maintain responsive email and landing page templates Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain various integration points with other marketing technology platforms. Collaboration with other Marketing Teams/Stakeholders Test, analyze and report on e-mail campaign performance on a recurring basis. Identify trends and opportunities for improved open, click through and conversion rates. Monitoring Email deliverability Key Requirements for this Role: 3+ years of Pardot experience Pardot certification is a must Strong understanding of the integration between Pardot and Salesforce Must be a competent HTML/CSS developer in Pardot. Hands-on experience with e-mail marketing Strong technical skills and experience building marketing automation campaigns A minimum of 2-3 years marketing automation system administration experience (Pardot preferred) Experience working within financial services in a digital marketing function Project Management skills preferred Salesforce development experience is good to have Ability to work independently and as a part of cross functional team
