Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key industries and verticals with high growth potential in each region. Analyse market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer behaviour to uncover untapped opportunities. Lead generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies that align with the company's goals and target markets. Collaborate with the sales teams to understand target audience profiles, buyer personas, and ideal customer criteria. Conduct comprehensive searches across various sources to identify potential customer segments, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Target Account Identification: Utilise various data sources, industry reports, and market intelligence tools to identify and curate a comprehensive list of high-value target accounts for the sales team. Tailor account lists to align with regional sales strategies and objectives and qualification processes. Lead qualification: Implement lead qualification processes to ensure the accuracy, validity and reliability of research data and methodologies by taking quality assurance measures throughout the research process for the best quality leads to be passed on to the sales teams. Data Analysis: Analyse and evaluate account data, including firmographics, company size, revenue potential, and growth indicators. Use data-driven insights to prioritise and segment target accounts for sales outreach. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales leads to understand their requirements, provide them with accurate target lists, and align on account prioritisation. Continuously gather feedback to optimise the target account selection process. CRM & Data Platforms Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of target account lists in our CRM system (Hubspot/Salesforce, Apollo). Regularly update and refine the lists based on evolving market dynamics and sales feedback. Market Insights: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide valuable insights on emerging opportunities and potential threats in the market. Keep track of industry trends, patterns and market developments to support strategic planning and decision-making processes. Leverage insights to refine target account strategies and provide timely market updates to the sales team. Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A background in market research, data analytics, or business intelligence is advantageous. Market Research Expertise: Proven experience (2-3 years) in conducting secondary research and identifying target accounts in B2B environments. Proficiency in various market research tools (such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Zoom Info etc.) and databases, adequate knowledge of collecting, interpreting and organising data and data collection methods. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights. Time management: Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects (simultaneously) and deadlines effectively. Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and customer acquisition strategies. Ability to align target account selection with regional sales goals and objectives. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of presenting research findings and target account lists in a clear and concise manner. Collaboration: Ability to work independently but also to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and data teams. Adaptability: Strong ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market conditions. Tools Proficiency: Highly skilled in utilising search engines, web analytics, and business research tools to gather relevant market data. Proficient in working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, LinkedIn, and others. Strong Work Ethics and Positive Attitude: Demonstrates unwavering work ethics, a can-do attitude, and a positive approach to challenges. Displays a commitment to excellence and takes ownership of responsibilities. Knowledge of Foreign Languages: Knowledge of French, German or other languages will be a plus. Key Skills Needed: Strong understanding of various lead generation channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising. Expertise in lead generation and qualification processes. 3 years of B2B (contact & company global search) Lead generation experience. Proficiency in data analysis and using tools - LinkedIn, Apollo, Zoom Info etc Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interpret data. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimise lead generation strategies accordingly. Strong project management and organisational skills to handle multiple lead generation campaigns simultaneously.
