Job Summary

Should drive Employee engagement initiatives -Proactively identify, initiate and lead projects creatively to drive employee engagement -Facilitate opportunities to drive understanding and shared values of NTI vision, values, plans and culture.-Run learning engagements, driving and conducting needs analysis, creating training plans/road maps, execution, reporting and audit of existing programs.Required experience : Minimum: 1 yearMaximum: 4 Years

Minimum Requirements

-Should be Good in Planning and event management-Suggest new ways to engage employees-Able to handle Fun@work end to end cycle-Good interpersonal skills and able to understand systems faster-Ability to learn and adapt good practice-Must be aware of industry best practices and keep self upgraded with latest trends
