• Ensure successful execution of training needs
• Impart training viz product, process, soft skills & behavioral trainings
• Conduct training through online mode/ physical based on requirements for Team, partners all over India
• Train employees and Agents on process
• Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities
