• Must be directly managing a software development team.
• Proven experience managing custom software development projects on time and within budget
• Should be able to convert Business Requirements to Functional solutions.
• Experienced in multiple professional methodologies
• Ability to stay current on technical service, and product trends
• Strong skills with MS Office, Project, Confluence, Jenkins, Visio, SharePoint, and Yoturack
• Must possess superior communication skills
• Must possess excellent ethics and solid personal accountability
