Technical Project Manager

As a member of the Railsfactory unit, you will help with guiding the team in various facets of the project with different hats that needs to be played.

Where you ll do it: This role is 100% remote or Hybrid (Chennai & Bengaluru)

An initial screening of the resume leads to a 4-stage interview process lasting atleast a week: 15-minute HR chat 30-minute Technical Round (sometimes paired with a short take-home exercise ) 30-minute call with the Operations Head to discuss the position & fit 1 -hour final interview with the CEO/CFO to assess a culture fit

What You'll do?

Design ,development, management, and deployment of large-scale complex software

solutions at an enterprise level.

Engage with functional teams and lead technical teams on the project located across

shores.

Develop solutions following established technical design, application development

standards, and quality processes in projects.

Deploy and Manage resources based on their skills and provide adequate opportunity to

Close to 10 years of more expertise of strong technical knowledge on ROR,Python or Golang.

Ability to provide multiple solutions to a given problem statement.

Ability to design, architect the project roadmap.

Time Management ,efficiency , ability to meet deadlines.
