Responsibilities

Design and implement application architecture and own the application strategies and roadmap for a suite of systems or domains. Collaborate with delivery teams during both design and development phases to ensure adherence to UI architectural standards and best practices Deliver architectural services, including guidance and conceptual design as well as technical and process innovations Communicate with UI/UX Teams, and businesses, analyse and suggest efficient UI solutions based on their requirements Define and maintain architecture roadmap, and technical solutions for new and existing functionality for each part of the projects Take ownership over architectural qualities of front-end applications He/she will be part of a global team to solve problems in a computationally efficient manner Design and develop proof-of-concept prototypes for advanced features and designs Providing suggestions for improvement in Development or Testing practices to lead to increased performance of the application Promote cross-team synergy and alignment to optimize code-sharing, improve site performance and increase speed to market Work with the Product Management teams to understand customer performance expectations and to set testing criteria to meet or achieve these standards as future versions are released Enhance the team s technical capability and design a road map of the future to success.

Requirements

15+ years of professional experience as a front-end/UI specialist 5+ years of professional experience as an Architect / Lead in projects with heavy use of modern frontend technologies 5 years of experience in leading UI Developers Strong experience and highly proficient in HTML and CSS with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Bootstrap, Vue Js, Node Js and ReactJS as well as vast experience in building complex web user interfaces. Real-time experience in cloud technologies like Azure/AWS/GCP Self-motivated and passionate about product UI design with strong communication skills Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development tools and large-scale design is highly desirable Security management (good to have) Inculcates a culture of Innovation and high quality in teams. Highly motivated, creative, and versatile individual with experience designing intuitive workflows and eager to do what is necessary to be successful
