Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to join team in Pune. As Senior Application Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include: Able to assist for migration /upgradation of legacy applications (e.g. Windows 2003 to Windows 2019) to new platforms. Application support experience in an organization of a similar or bigger size. Experience in driving operational governance activities. Open and effective communication skills. Relevant tertiary qualification in an IT related discipline. Service management skills and abilities to manage a portfolio of multiple applications. Stakeholder management skills and abilities to manage concurrently multiple business and IT stakeholders. Vendor management skills manage a portfolio of multiple applications agreements for licenses, support and maintenance. Able to adapt to new technologies and open to learn.
