Job Summary

Job Description: To support the various Group Procurement activities, Toll is looking for experienced ,highly motivated Sourcing Manager that have the required procurement professional experience, critical thinking capability, and interest to be a part evolving Procurement function to deliver cost savings opportunities. As the Sourcing Manager, you will: Engage with suppliers, internal Stakeholders and Procurement team members for relevant approvals through email & SAP. Provide Support to Internal team queries related procurement process and resolve internal and external queries on time. Process CAPEX/REVEX /CORPORTAE requests and seek relevant approvals. Experienced in SAP MM module such as PIR Creation, perform Goods Receipt, asset creation and all SAP system related Support. Process Payment requests to finance team and ensure timely payments and Advances is made to vendors. Coordinate with vendors for PO sign off, Vendor creation or Updation requests. Support in GST filing and follow up to vendors. Promote Procurement programs to ensure team members are fully educated on processes and policies & Front face for internal team on group procurement support for business team. Monthly Spend Analysis, categorisation of spend and report cost saving/ Avoidance achieved on small projects & present to group procurement. To be successful in this role, you will need: Over 3-4 years track record in Procurement/Supply Chain at a multinational corporation (MNC) preferred, Transportation or FMCG Industry. Skilled in contract & supplier management, procurement, sourcing, and SAP experience is must. Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Ability to engage and communicate across different levels. Degree in Business, Management or equivalent.
