Job Summary Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, passionate and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team.

Role :

  • Business-to-Business lead generation and sales prospecting across Africa & India
  • Cold calling new potential clients via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Understand company offerings & do the initial positioning to the potential customers.
  • Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information over email.
  • Achieve weekly leads/meeting targets.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for meetings, further development, and closure.

Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers using secondary resources like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.

Skills Required : Inside Sales Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales preferably in Africa & India - Excellent verbal and written communication & sales skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers - Comfortable & passionate about making cold calls and talking to new people. - Persuasive and Goal-oriented. - Self-motivated and self-directed. - Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client. - Strong computer skills, incl Desirable Skills : Department : BU03 Designation : Executive-Business Development Education/Qualification : Minimum Qualification : Post Graduate/Graduate : MBA/BE/BCS/BCA/BSC.
