Job Summary Job Description :

1. WO allocation

2. Tracking timeheet

3. MIS Audit on WO/PO/Components/Milesotnes/invoices

4. RM and DM update for the resources

5. RM and DM update for the projects

6. Weekly and monthly reports in MS Excel

Role :

Project coordinator/PMO is accountable for day to day PMO activities, whatever mentioned in the JD. Apart from this he/she has to work on Ad-hoc reports in MS excel upon the request from the PMs.
