Role Overview

We are looking for an enterprising individual craving to carve a career in Program management. This is a high potential and high impact role with prospects for accelerated learning & growth.

Candidate will be reporting to the COO and working with product Analysts, design team and Sales teams. It would involve taking ownership of critical tasks & functions, driving key metrics and ensuring completion of tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

Candidate will be assisting the COO on the day-to-day work in ensuring smooth delivery of all projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure projects are going as per schedule with no hiccups
• Manage scrum meetings for all the ongoing projects.
• Identify bottlenecks in each project in advance and solve it.
• Manage client escalations.
• Monitor and track key metrics and data points related to projects and raise red flags early on
• Manage course corrections for projects which are in red
• Ensure that the new projects are successfully handed over from sales to delivery and the meetings are in place and the project management tool is set up for the schedule
• Work with HR and Product team to ensure that the requisite number of resources are available and the training plan is aligned with.
• Ensuring optimum billability and plugin revenue leakage
• Conducting data and security audits for projects
• Manage meetings, reports and ensuring closure of action items
• Ensure that the leadership meetings are happening as per schedule.
• Work with Product Analysts to create the road map for the project and ensuring adherence
• Drive the account plan & project mining
• Ensure the leadership connects are happening as per schedule and actions items achieved.

Skills Required

• Passionate about building a career in Program Management
• Ability to create dashboards and reports which can make the Project Management updates efficient.
• Fluent and effective in communication with a robust hold on language.
• Frugal and Growth hacking mindset
• Proven leadership skills.
• Assertive
• Well versed in Microsoft Office [Word, PPT, Excel]

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and confident team player with:

• B.Tech/MBA/Equivalent
• 3+ years of experience
• Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience as a PMO/ Project coordinator would be a big plus
