Job Summary Role: Manager / Senior Manager - Customer Analytics - Retail Vertical In this role, you can expect to: 1. Work with clients leading marketing & customer roles at Fortune 100 Retailers 2. Be part of the Lead CXM engagements and strength the delivery by developing scalable & reusable assets, training analysts and build foundation 3. Work hands on and provide thought leadership to both clients and internal stakeholders 4. Develop product and accelerator strategy for CXM practice at Tredence 5. Assist in Opportunity identification / POV creation / Proposal for clients Job Location Bangalore / Chennai / Gurgaon / Pune Roles & Responsibilities As a Customer Analytics Consultant, you will: 1. Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques such as segmentation/clustering, recommendation engines, propensity models, and forecasting to drive growth throughout the customer lifecycle 2. Strong interest in customer experience, loyalty analytics and applying strategic marketing to drive business results 3. Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in digital programs and campaigns, identifying new capabilities for programmatic leverage within existing and upcoming marketing technology tools and platforms 4. Devise and execute targeting strategy for digital campaigns based on account segmentation and partnering with third party account engagement platforms 5. Lead engagements relating to media mix and vehicle optimization and leveraging integrated media plans to grow, engage and activate targeted audiences 6. Drive thought leadership and explore new ways of communicating and quantifying the business impact of digital analytics 7. At least 4+ years experience managing a team of data engineers, data scientists and/or machine learning engineers. 8. Leverage analytics approaches such as segmentation, path analysis and funnel analysis to simplify the navigation and buying experience on the website 9. Create a coherent story explaining the user behavior seen in A/B tests and offer actionable insights & recommendations 10. Lead Data Science projects related to Omni-channel marketing analytics, Targeting & Segmentation, CLTV, Predictive Analytics, Launch Analytics, Market Mix Modeling, Resource Optimization etc. Qualification & Experience 1. At least 7 yrs. of working experience in Customer Analytics, Customer Experience and Marketing Analytics related project 2. Tackled problems in Experience Management, Journey Analytics, Personalization, Marketing Measurement, Cookie-less Marketing, Digital Conversion Rate Optimization etc., 3. Experience in applying ML Machine Learning techniques like Regression (esp., GLM, non-linear, etc.), Classification (Trees, Random Forest, Boosting, SVM, CART, etc.) Clustering, Design of Experiments, Monte Carlo Simulations, Statistical Inference, Feature Engineering, Market mix modelling, Dynamic Programming and Optimization techniques and recommender Systems 4. A strong focus on planning and leading multiple projects simultaneously and on delivering customer insights and recommendations; 3+ years of team management 5. Expertise with concepts related to testing and maintaining models in production such as A/B testing, retraining, monitoring model performance 6. Proficient in SQL, R and/or Python 7. Experience of working with US/ overseas markets is preferable 8. Retail/CPG experience preferred
