We, Tricog, are looking for a Software Engineer who comes with at least 1+ years of strong hands-on iOS experience and having good knowledge of the app development life cycle. Your primary focus will be the development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services and external hardware. You will be working alongside other amazing engineers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential. There will be lots of fun and challenges of scaling the product and you will have the pleasure of growing and owning a part of the project.

What does the core role include?

Design and build advanced apps for the iOS platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Swift code
Connect iOS applications to back-end services with RESTful APIs
Write unit-test for robustness, usability, and general reliability
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

What are we looking for?

Hands-on experience in writing iOS applications and publish in App Store
Built and managed apps with a good portfolio of App development experience
Strong application architectural experience
Excellent data structures & algorithm and problem-solving skills
Strong experience in design patterns, UI design principles, Object-Oriented Programming,
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text
Experience with offline storage and performance tuning
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
