Job Summary
-The responsibility of an advisor as customer service associate will be to assist our customers end to end.
-High attention to details, accuracy, and quality for any queries around billing, package related and Broadband and Cable Setup box not working.
-Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools.
-58 Versant and regular V&A and OPS
-Prior international call center work experience preferred.
-Mandatory the person need to work from Bang10 , CTC - 25K- 32K
-Flexible to work in shifts
