Senior Software Engineer Job in Trigent Software

Job Description

• The primary responsibility is to address Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues reported for Salesforce applications and support Informatica cloud requests
• Analyze the Salesforce and Informatica cloud code or the configuration to identify root cause of issues and provide fix, where required within the service level agreement timelines
• Develop and manage informatica scheduled jobs to ensure the daily feeds are loaded correctly
• Provide on call production support from 7AM till 4PM US eastern to handle Production issues, Phone requests from production users
• Develop, test, and document to working on custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation, when requested
• Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform
• Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and Triggers across all platforms
• Develop highly interactive UI using LWC, Visualforce and JavaScript technologies
• Coach and mentor junior technical team members
• Communicate effectively with a globally distributed team including business and project team

Qualification

• 5-7 years of Salesforce and Informatica cloud production support experience in financial domain projects preferred (Skills: IISC SFDC)
• Hands on experience in data integration using informatica cloud with Salesforce
• Working experience of informatica scheduled jobs
• Experience in handling Salesforce profiles, permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas
• Proficiency with activities including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields
• Working experience of Demand tools, Gearset is preferred
• Working knowledge on continuous integration, working with repositories (Git)
• Hands on experience in Apex programming, Lightning web component pages with JavaScript
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
• Good to have experience in working with HTML, CSS, XML, Ajax
• Good to have experience in working with VS Code, Work bench
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com
• Expertise in migrating data and customizations across Salesforce environments
