Job Description:

The Back Office refunds team's main focus area is performing refund transactions in GDS and BSP. Additionally, Backoffice has various other functions such as contacting airlines and providers in order to finalize backend transactions, as well as getting in touch with customers in order to resolve pending queries.

Requirements

  • Excellent GDS knowledge in Amadeus and Sabre (Galileo knowledge will be considered as a benefit)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the airline industry.
  • Documented experience in reading and interpreting airline fare rules.
  • Knowledge of processing GDS and BSP refunds is a must.
