The ideal candidate has impeccable communication and program management skills, with proven success managing content-driven multichannel campaigns. Experience working with subject matter experts and writers to take content from conception to promotion is required. We are looking for a self-driven, high capacity Marketing Manager, who possesses the ability to flourish in a high growth environment. Specifically, someone with willingness to dive-in and a get-it-done mentality.

You will get the rare opportunity to oversee and own global launch of new campaigns around the year, because every new campaign has a new narrative, audience, events - creating an entirely new experience! Youll be part of a cross-functional team of experts working in new waysmore agile and more adaptive. There is no typical day - one day may include spending time with internal stakeholders to review assets for online while other days you are reaching out to creative collaborators for a social campaign or collaborating with practice leaders on specific marketing strategy. In the end, its all about leveraging existing knowhow and using it to figure out new ways to accomplish things quickly.

What youll do

  • Devise B2B, B2C integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that the organisations brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Keep abreast of current trends in marketing

Things You'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing or communication is a must
  • A post-graduate qualification in marketing may be desired
  • 7+ years related job experience may be strongly preferred
  • Proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time

Understand current marketing trends

  • A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good project management and communications skills
  • Ability to run campaigns on Hubspot is a plus
