Job Description : Corporate Accounting and financial statutory reporting for the group including preparation and management of Standalone and consolidated quarterly and annual statutory financial reporting, ensure timely & accurate monthly closure of accounts, ensure timely & accurate closure of accounts every quarter & year for statutory reporting ,Coordinate for timely statutory audits and limited reviews and ensure no audit qualification, ensure compliance of internal accounting processes, plan and implement consolidation of Group accounts and financial reporting as per statutory requirements, ensure timely and accurate preparation of standalone and consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements and timely completion of all audits, plan and implement migration to Ind-AS for newly incorporated and acquired entities, implementing policies/processes for proper accounting & financial controls, prepare & implement guidelines / processes for uniform accounting policies & practices for the group, train and develop financial controllers of India Group entities in managing reporting requirements
