Team Lead Pricing And Analytics Job in Tya Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Team Lead - Pricing will be responsible for performing regular analysis, reporting and management of company data using analytical tools to ensure delivery of analytical projects and manage operations in order to meet wider business goals such as sales and margin improvement, routine and ad-hoc reporting, business intelligence dashboards.

Keyskills : 6-8 years of relevant Industry experience, engineering Degree / Masters in Business Administration / Bachelors in Statistics , good experience in people management, team management, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with others in a geographically dispersed environment, interest in the Global Automotive Industry (experience preferred), project management skills able to set work priorities in a logical order and handle multiple priorities in parallel, experienced in analysis, databases and data mining, strategic thinking skills to support analysis and lead to the recommendation of strategies and the execution of plans, very good knowledge of statistics, expert in MS Office tools, primarily MS Access, SQL and Excel, communication fluent in the English language (both written and verbal); equally able to explain complex analyses to those within and outside the function, should have hands on experience on Microsoft SQL data query skills, desirable to have 3 to 5 years of experience in Python/R.

Job Description : Liaising with Business managers for pricing requirements, supporting different regions across Europe for ad-hoc requirements, perform business analysis and reporting via dashboards, Work with functional leadership and cross-functionally across the company to establish and maintain functional specific operating and business metrics, support Analytics and Reporting on a regular basis, drive KPI Continuous improvement, goal setting for team members, TRP process and appraisal, drive and motivate team members to accomplish the stated deliverables in a timely manner, coach and mentor team members to get the best performance.
