Delivery Head Data Governance Job in Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd

• Responsible for implementation/ development of a new age data-warehouse platform.
• Responsible for the full lifecycle management of the delivery of BI/ MIS reports to the end users and also manage the changes associated with it.
• Work collaboratively with business unit heads as well as the Head of Analytics to deliver and manage a BIG data/ analytics supportive infrastructure.

Data-warehouse & Data Platform

• Spearhead the delivery of the data platform modernization program of the bank
• Evaluate alternate technologies for finalizing the platform
• Lead / Implement the data-warehouse based on current technology leveraging open source (or) established solutions.

Analytical Infrastructure

• Work collaboratively with the Head of Analytics to support in data provisioning as well as providing technology enablers.
• Architect, build and support the platform/ lab for enabling the analytics function. (this could include creation and use of BIG data tools)
• Bring in new thoughts with respect to big data / big data infrastructure

Business Intelligence/ MIS

• Lead a team to understand the MIS/ BI requirements of business stakeholders.
• Ensure the business SLAs related to delivery of data/ reports is done on time
• Work on new technologies to ensure optimum delivery of reports/ dashboards to end users. This could be in the form of self service tools

Data Management and Governance

• 12-15 years experience in retail banking, financial services
• Proven track record of leading teams across business intelligence and data management
• Experience with data presentation tools (Power BI, Tableau)
