Position Description: BRIDGEi2iis looking for talented individuals with proven 3+ years of experience in leadingData Science projects to join their Insurance vertical to support a GlobalInsurance leader on various innovative Marketing Analytics projects

Essential Qualifications: Graduates/ Post graduates in Mathematics/Statistics/Data science / Actuarial science orany other degree that is considered suitable to perform the required function

Technical Qualifications / Experience: Should have extensive experience in Predictive Analyticsdesigning and implementing solutions using advanced ML/statistical/predictive modellingtechniques and tools such as Python, Pyspark and SQL. Experience Insuranceindustry and in advanced AI/ML(NLP and CV) techniques is a big plus.

Experience: Should possess 5-8 years ofAnalytical experience

Responsibilities

  • Closely liaise with clients to design and develop innovative solutions using advanced analytical techniques to solve specific business problems
  • Manage junior team members, SMEs - provide them technical guidance and keep them engaged
  • Design and deliver analytical solutions as per clients requirements
  • Responsible for quality of ones own work and teams deliverables
  • Ensure high quality standards and timely delivery in all projects. Mitigate associated risks by effective project planning and progress tracking
  • Proactive client/customer engagement and management
  • Keep up with cutting edge analytics techniques and tools in the continuously evolving area of decision science
  • Contribute to solutions and capability development of the overall insurance practice at BRIDGEi2i to ensure organisational growth

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering marketing analytics solutions in Insurance and/or FS industries
  • Should have strong ML/statistical modelling experience using Python(Pyspark)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance domains, preferably in P&C insurance
  • Proficient in Python, SQL and data management techniques and visualisation skills and tools (e.g. Qlik, PowerBI)
  • Should have thorough understanding of various RDBMS applications like Oracle, SQL Server Teradata etc

Competencies Required

  • Strong project and key stakeholder management experience, preferably in a commercial environment
  • Proven ability to work as an individual contributor as well as manage a team
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to mutually agreed upon schedules
  • Ability to effectively present and explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience
