Job Summary

1. JOB SUMMARY

The role would interact with various across functions to design, drive and implement the Competency Framework, create job descriptions, partner with C&B for performance appraisal framework, career & succession management.

2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Competency framework:

  • Design and Implement the competency framework for different roles, resource groups and skill sets
  • Drive the job worth model for all positions based on the competency framework
  • Responsible to have JDs, Competency and KPIs developed and updated as per the organization strategy

Career and Succession management:

  • Provide expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent
  • Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning).
  • Partner with the L&D team to train, mentor and build leaders for tomorrow
  • Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
  • Conduct skill gap analysis to identify development needs
  • Build Hi-pot programs as a part of succession planning
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop ideal job profiles and candidate assessment frameworks
  • Create robust career paths to ensure it supports employees, business and regulatory needs

Others

  • Design, develop and update Talent Management, Promotion and other relevant policies
  • Use analytics from the HRMS system to understand the talent pool, gaps and design interventions accordingly
  • Provides organizational development consultancy making recommendation on structure to help maximize performance and efficiency
  • Coordinates with all other HR functions and Audit to ensure sound and consistent practice across Talent Management
  • Designed strategic workforce plan to project talent needs for long terms business needs
  • Design and implement OD/Change projects
