Component Development Intern Job in Unboxrobotics Labs Pvt Ltd

Roles and responsibilities: Work with the Engineering (Design & Manufacturing Engineering) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier capabilities are effective to meet the product or process requirements. Support R&D team for prototype developments and testing. Support new components development team. To identify, recommend and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of procurement processes. Managing supplier database. Prepare Customized reports for analysing and incorporating improvements in processes. Process and Product related documentation (DFM and DFA). Prepare preliminary process flow diagrams and understand technical feasibility of products. Requirements: Prior technical experience / knowledge in robotics or automotive projects (advantageous). Knowledge of Rapid Prototyping processes. Knowledge of various manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal, castings, etc. Knowledge of GD&T. CAD design software experience, preferably Solid works, or Solid edge (optional). Good to have: Participation in college level competitions. Related certified courses. Innovative design thinking. Qualifications & skills Education: Final Year Student / bachelor s degree / Engineering Graduate (Branch: Mechanical or relevant field). Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills.
