Roles & Responsibilities Perform production planning and stock planning, raise flags in case of shortcomings in the production process Maintaining and improving the workstations to ensure safety and quality during production cycles Coordinate with technicians to ensure smoothness of the production process. Prepare and coordinate the production process releases Optimise processes to increase quality and utilisation Analyse the production process, suggest improvements, frame an action plan to execute the same. Work with customers and/or technical leaders to ensure that the technical deliverables are consistent with the goals of larger programs, projects or initiatives. Developing in-depth knowledge and documenting technical disciplines. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Awareness of structured problem solving methods like Lean/Six-sigma Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters Good to Have: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Knowledge of 5s, Kaizen, TPM, Excel A keen appetite for innovation and empirical problem solving ability Skill and ability to plan, organise and coordination the production process
