    Roles & Responsibilities :

    1

    Generating Enquiries:

    To generate the enquiries from current as well as from newcustomers:

    • Through new vendors registration at consultants, EPC Contractors, OEM, End users etc.
    • By conducting seminars & presentations at customer end.
    • By properly handling enquiries from existing customers.
    • Appointments of dealers in untapped area.

    Offer Submission:

    To submit the offer for received inquiries

    • To study the enquiry and submittheoffer inline with the requirements.
    • To suggest products by understanding theapplication requirement.
    • Submission ofTechno-commercial clearoffer by followingSOP.
    • Regular follow-ups of submitted offer.

    Techno-Commercial Discussion:

    • To negotiate submitted offerand pursue to get the order.
    • To take decision on commercial terms by carefully reading the inquiry documents.

    Order ExecutionActivities:

    • ToCrossCheck the PO Techno commerciallywith offer & negotiated terms & conditions.
    • To prepare OFMfor order processing
    • Tocrosscheck Order Acknowledgement copy prepared by Sales coordinator & submit the same to customer.
    • Submission of Proforma invoices for advance payments & required documents.
    • Coordination with customers & accounts for ABG & PBG s.
    • To communicate with sales coordinator/planning forthe status oforders & coordinate with customer.
    • Follow-up for submitted QAP & GAD to expedite deliveries.
    • Follow-up for necessary road permits, Excise benefits forms, Performa & ABG payments.
    • Co-ordination withplanning for timely dispatches.

    After SalesActivities:

    To provide post-sales assistance to customer in pursue of complete customer satisfaction

    • Submissionoforiginal dispatch documents& follow-up for payments.
    • To conduct customer satisfaction survey.
    • Collection of required Sales Tax documents and ensure complete payment against the transaction..
    • Collections of PTR from customers.
    • To coordinate with customer, factory, & sales coordinator for sales returns, COD payments & rejections.
    • To attend thecustomercomplaints& extend the sales services support..

    Reporting:

    To Prepare Weekly Customer Visit Report & Monthly Reports.

    • Weekly Plan, Visits as per budgeted and project list circulated.
    • To prepare reports for weekly visits & highlights achievement in the form of KRA s
    • To prepare agenda for sales call.
    • Day to Day reporting to authority.
    • Preparation of conference presentation.

  • Qualification :
    B.E. Mechanical / Chemical
    Experience Required :

    8 to 10 Years
