Job Summary
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Cloud Engineer and deployment of IT Infrastructure in cloud (and on-prem) environments
- Must have 4 years experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer including EC2, RDS, S3, VPCs, IAM, Security Groups
- Solid Experience with IaC and configuration management technologies such as Terraform and Ansible
- Experience working with Docker & Kubernetes preferred
- Experience deploying, configuring and using monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch)
- Strong system administration experience including Unix/Linux OS installation/hardening/patching, networking, firewalls, load balancers, SSH, mail and DNS
- Comfortable with scripting languages such as bash, python and/or ruby
- Great understanding of AWS Security Model
- Experience with other public cloud providers such as Azure and GCP desired
- Database (Postgres, Redis) Administration experience is a plus
