Job Summary As an implementation Engineer you will be part of the sales engineering operations team. The sales engineering ops team is responsible to build and maintain product demos, run Pcos and support the sales team with any other type of custom product related requests. As part of this role you will need to maintain the demo systems which are hosted on AWS, the activities will be in lines of installation, configuration and product upgrades across various products that Uniphore offers to enterprises globally.Uniphore, an early leader in Conversational Service Automation (CSA), is seeking an experienced SE Operations technical engineer to join our fast-growing Global Sales Engineering team. As a critical member of the Sales Engineering Operations team you would be responsible for providing broad level technical and operational support to global sales engineering team by developing and supporting applications that demonstrates our Conversational AI capabilities.What We offerAutonomy: you ll work and play in a tight-knit team environment. What you need to have: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in the delivery team of a IT product or IT services organization Must have Experience in SLA adherence, project timeline adherence Must have hands-on experience with software installation/deployment/configuration on Windows/UNIX based production environments Experience in offline installation of UNIX based utilities Must have experience and aptitude to research for issues from 3rd party software Must have experience with documentation of installation steps, wikis and KBs Must quickly adapt and familiarise with a Product's Architecture, DB Design, API design and troubleshooting Experience in troubleshooting network issues, especially on cloud environments Programming / Scripting experience in PHP, Python, Java, PowerShell Must have Devops experience and familiarity with Docker and its troubleshooting Familiarity with Tableau Server and its troubleshooting Experience with versioning, release management and service management tools Must have exposure to database administration/ SQL scripting. Must have exposure working on AWS environment Speech Enabled IVR Application or Platform Implementation experience is a Plus. Any software development experience would be a plus. Programming / Scripting experience in PHP, Python, Java, one of the languages is preferable Must have excellent communication skills and command over spoken English Ability to understand American Accent, British Accent - Additional language/s is a plus Ability to think analytically, define problems and frame solutions Ability to interact with customers to interpret requirements BE/MCA/MBA with tech background Must be able to independently front-face meetings/discussions with customers and make a difference Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design Solid professional experience in software development and automation Familiarity and experience programming and using AWS services
