Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
  • Providing an incredible candidate experience, promoting the company's culture and values through different mediums to enhance the company s brand.
  • Maintaining a robust candidate pipeline for quicker turnaround on the open positions. Cost optimization in sourcing methods (like internal referrals, direct sourcing through LinkedIn and other channels etc.).
  • Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, employee referrals.
  • Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to coordinate interviews through various modes.
  • Knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling, build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Effectively Plan and Conduct High volume Weekend Recruitment Drives

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelors/master's degree with 2-5 years of experience in recruitment for a technology business.
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral)
  • Understanding of recruitment process & systems. - Able to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with High energy levels and Positive attitude
