Job Summary

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prioritize, organize and increase capacity and resources to achieve hiring at scale
  • Develop, motivate, and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the team and business leaders on hiring goals.
  • Act as an advisor and Subject Matter Expert to senior leadership providing functional expertise, market-related intelligence, and forecasting on recruitment issues and trends.
  • Lead and participate in projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
  • Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices, both in the team and within the business
