Job Summary

Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth strategies: Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on data analysis, market trends, and user behavior. Design and implement data-driven strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention. User acquisition and conversion optimization: Plan and execute campaigns across various digital channels (such as social media, search engine marketing, content marketing, email marketing, etc.) to acquire and convert users. Optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and user experiences to improve conversion rates. Analyze user data, conduct A/B tests, and utilize analytics tools to identify areas for optimization and improve key metrics. Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Product optimization and experimentation; Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to implement growth experiments, test new features, and optimize user experiences. Use data-driven insights to improve product adoption, user engagement, and customer satisfaction. Referral and viral marketing: Develop and implement strategies to drive viral growth through referral programs, influencer partnerships, and other innovative tactics. Leverage social media and community engagement to increase brand awareness and user engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives. Collaborate on campaign ideation, execution, and measurement. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and tools in growth hacking and digital marketing. Continuously explore new channels and technologies to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements: Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a tech startup or high-growth environment, of 6 to 8 years. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, and marketing automation tools. Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc. Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and data visualization tools. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of coding languages (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
