Sales Representative Job in Unlimited Greens
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our team at Greenways nursery. The Salesperson will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales of our diverse range of plant products.
Responsibilities:
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and offering guidance on plant selection.
• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records. Manages financial transactions.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure the nursery is well-stocked with healthy plants.
• Arrange and display plants in an attractive manner to enhance visual appeal.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support marketing and promotional efforts through events and special offers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a plant nursery or garden center.
• Strong knowledge and passion for plants and gardening.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven sales skills and ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Freshers can also apply.
Preferred - High school or equivalent or higher education
Required - Located in New Delhi
Preferred - Good command over English
